The Robusta pump tank wagons can be supplied in manuring and transport models. The Robusta pump tank wagon can be delivered with 1, 2, 3 and 4 axle models. The tanks are fitted, as standard, with a rotary lobe pump in combination with a cutting filter for the pump. All tanks are fully fitted out. In addition, various options can be applied. The Robusta is a tank that distinguishes itself as regards quality. The tanks are full bath galvanized and then color sprayed. All components of the tank are of high quality and ensure a long life and low maintenance costs. The tanks have a self-supporting chassis which gives high stability and a comfortable ride.

Börger rotary lobe pump
Schuitemaker uses Börger rotary lobe pumps for the Robusta tank line. These 6m3 pumps are fitted with angled blocks as standard. Rotary lobe pumps ensure an optimum filling of the tank, with all sorts of liquid manure, and a very accurate rate of dosage of the manure. To support the capacity, a turbo-filler can be fitted in the slurry arm as an option. The standard cutting filter can be opened hydraulically, from the control box. In addition, the cutting filter has a cleaning comb and ejector so that contaminants can be easily removed.
Manure dosage and control box
The Robusta tanks are fitted with an 8 speed reduction gearbox which is used to regulate the dosage of the manure. The amount of manure delivered is dependent on the speed. As an option, the tanks can be fitted with a hydrostatic pump drive. This is a 100% measurement and regulation system for the amount of manure and is not dependent on the speed. The hydrostatic drive has its own closed oil system. Using a hydrostatic drive ensures that the manure pump is used to its maximum advantage. The measurement or measurement and regulation system are integrated in the control box. Both systems help to ensure an accurate dosage of the manure. The control box is fitted with a large display, 2 joysticks and push buttons. All functions on the tank pass through a manifold block which is prepared for Load Sensing (LS).
Drawbar
A standard installation on all Schuitemaker Robusta tanks is a top pressure cylinder with a hand pump. The 2-axle and larger models also have a suspended drawbar fitted. This suspended drawbar together with the top pressure cylinder ensures optimum riding comfort on both the road and the land. Together they bring a perfect weight delivery to the tractor under all circumstances. The Robusta tanks have a thin drawbar so that the turning circle remains small. Drawbars can be fitted with a drawbar eye or a ball coupling K80.
Gauge glass and level indicator
The Robusta tanks are all fitted with a gauge glass at the front. In addition, a level indicator is fitted iat the Robusta tanks. The level indicator has is built with an electric switch-off so that the tank does not get too full. Also, if the tank is empty then this is shown on the control box.
Slurry arms
The Robusta tanks are fitted with an 8” slurry arm as standard. The Robusta 130 Vario has a swiveling slurry arm with drip tray as standard and the larger wheel house tanks have a vertical slurry arm although there is an option to fit a swiveling slurry arm. This swiveling slurry arm increases the reach. A turbo-filler can be optionally fitted in the slurry arm for all tanks. There is also an option to unload using the slurry arm. All tanks are fitted with a 6” fast coupling on the left and right front end.
Vario track
Ever since 1996 Schuitemaker has been using the vario track system on her single axle tanks as an option. The Vario track gives a unique opportunity to widen the track of the tank. Using the Variospoor/vario track system, the wheels of the tank do not run in the tracks of the tractor. The Michelin 1050/50 R 32 wheels are pushed hydraulically outwards on both sides of the tank using the parallelogram scissor principle. Using this, the track increases from 1.9 meters to 3.5 meters. The vario track system is only available on the Robusta 130. An axle with a lateral play of 55 cm can be delivered for the Robusta 205 series.
Chassis
The 2, 3 and 4 axle tanks from Schuitemaker are fitted with hydraulically suspended axles from BPW. Because of this, stability and comfort are assured on the land and, at high speed, on the road. The 2 axle tanks are fitted with a forced steered rear axle and the 3 axle tanks are forced steered on the front and back axle with an option to have it installed on all 3 axles. The tanks are also fitted with a hydraulic lift axle as standard. There is an option to fit a hydraulic front axle with lateral play on the 2 axle tank. Hydraulic brakes are fitted, as standard, on all models. Air brakes with braking power control (ALB) on the suspended axles can be fitted as an option.
Tires air pressure exchange system
A tires air pressure exchange system can be fitted to the Robusta tanks as an option. In this way it is possible to set the pressure per square inch at a lower level. The tanks can, in this way, continue with their work even in wetter circumstances.
3 point lifting system
All Schuitemaker tanks are fitted with a heavy-duty universal 3 point lifting system. The 3 point lifting system is mounted on the chassis so that there is no pressure on the body of the tank during the dosage of manure. The lifting system is very easy to use by the control box. An optional quick locker system can be placed behind by the lift system so that the coupling and uncoupling of manure slurry injectors is simple to do. During the dosage of manure it is possible to switch from pressure injection to non-pressure injection. In addition, the pressure can be varied during the dosage of manure. The lift system on the Robusta is fitted with a reversible/negative Pressure valve as standard so that the slurry injector itself can be raised during the dosage.
Weighing and sampling
All 2, 3 and 4 axle tanks are prepared for calibrated weighing and sampling. This can also optionally be added at a later stage. In this way, these tanks can be combined for transport and manure.
Tires
The Robusta 130 Vario is fitted with Michelin 1050/50 R32 tires. The 2 and 3 axle tanks have wheel houses and can thus be fitted with a maximum tire size of 900/65 R32.
