Schuitemaker sees herself as an innovative company that produces high quality machines. Despite the fact that we pay great attention to the quality of our machines, defects cannot always be prevented. When these defects occur during the warranty period and can be ascribed to manufacturing faults, a warranty claim can of course be submitted.

Online submission

We think that submitting a warranty claim on paper is outdated and also not suitable for an international company like Schuitemaker. Therefore, as a trusted dealer of Schuitemaker, we offer you from now on the opportunity to submit you warranty claims online. The advantages of submitting online are:

  • Submitting of claims has been simplified because spare parts used and/or packing list can directly be linked to the claim.
  • More overview for you: the warranty claims including status, the delivered Schuitemaker machines, the Schuitemaker end customers, communication about the claim goes through the portal
  • Faster settlement of the claim by Schuitemaker
